Eligibility Conditions

To process your return or exchange smoothly, please ensure:

✦      Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

✦      Original tags and packaging are intact

✦      Original receipt or order number is provided

✦      For defects — a clear parcel-opening video and photos are shared with us

Items Not Eligible for Return

We want to be upfront with you about the following exceptions:

✦      Sale, clearance & Buy 1 Get 1 offer items — these are clearly marked at time of purchase

✦      Accessories (earrings, jewellery) — for hygiene reasons

✦      Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

✦      Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

✦      Minor thread variations on the reverse side — this is how authentic Chikankari is made, threads are intentionally kept longer to protect the embroidery

✦      Slight differences in motif placement or stitch density — a natural hallmark of handcraft

✦      Subtle colour variations due to screen resolution or photography lighting

How to Raise a Return or Exchange

Raising a return is quick and easy — just follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your account → Go to My Orders → Select your order → Click 'Raise Return'. Or click here to go directly to the return portal.

Step 2: Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and share a brief reason. For defects, please attach photos or a parcel-opening video.

Step 3: We'll arrange a free pickup from your doorstep within 24–48 hours.

Step 4: Once received and verified, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 working days.
